How It Works

We email your study materials one module at a time. All materials are supplied in a pdf format so you can save them to your computer and work through them at your own pace. You can also print sections off if you wish. You do not need to be connected to the Internet to work through your study materials. Each module includes exercises to complete and a tutor-marked assignment.

You are assigned a personal tutor who you can contact at any time if you have any questions or there is anything you would like to discuss in more depth. You work through each module at your own pace, completing the exercises as you go. At the end of each module you complete an assignment which is designed to reinforce and further enhance your new knowledge.

What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a gentle, holistic approach to well-being, sometimes referred to as naturopathic medicine. Naturopathy is based on the concept that good health is not the same as the absence of disease and that we can promote a state of health and well-being through good nutrition, a healthy lifestyle, exercise, stress management, and other techniques.

A range of complementary therapies may also be used to support the individual, including nutritional therapy, dietary advice, herbal medicine, homoeopathy, lifestyle advice, life coaching and stress management, aromatherapy, and physical therapies such as massage and reflexology.
